Sterzio is a trading name of NtoalaGroup Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. pending), with its registered office at PA103 Wolverhampton Science Park, Technology Centre, Wolverhampton, WV10 9RU. Sterzio is a platform that connects learner drivers with driving instructors. We do not provide driving lessons directly — we facilitate bookings between learners and independent instructors or driving schools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
When you book a lesson through Sterzio, you are entering into an arrangement directly with the instructor. Payment for lessons is made directly to the instructor. Sterzio is not responsible for the quality of instruction provided.
Instructors listed on Sterzio must hold a valid DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) badge or be a trainee instructor with a valid pink badge. Instructors are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance and vehicle roadworthiness.
Learners may cancel bookings through the platform. Cancellation policies regarding refunds or fees are set by individual instructors. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Sterzio reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these terms.
Sterzio acts as a platform connecting learners with instructors. We are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or disputes that occur during driving lessons. All driving instruction is provided at the instructor's and learner's own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
